Need help identify / find this scene, asian maid pantyhose

perhaps someone can help me with this asian maid pantyhose scene: the girls name appears to be Yuu (or Yu) Kawakami, the screenies are from a vid i have in very bad quality (640*354 pixels).

Name of the film / scene / DVD its on? From what year? Any chance to find this in higher resolution (any pointers appreciated)?
